Dylan has experience across all industries with an emphasis in face-to-face research methodologies.She’s also highly skilled in delivering customer experience insights, event-based research, market research and data collection and has a dedicated team of trained interviewers and mystery shoppers across Australia & New Zealand –including regional and rural areas.
